Bobby Stover is the EY Americas Family Enterprise and Family Office Leader. His primary focus is to support family legacy by advising family businesses, their owners and family members on how to protect, grow and improve their family enterprise, while in turn dealing with the complex issues of business succession and governance. He has extensive experience in expanding the family enterprise and the setup and structure of family offices and philanthropic structures. Bobby has over 27 years of experience serving family enterprises, specifically helping to resolve the personal, transitional and tax challenges they face. Bobby is a regular instructor and speaker at seminars on business succession and wealth transfer issues throughout the US, Latin America and Canada, and he is a regular contributor to publications such as Family Business Magazine, Family Office Magazine and Trusts & Estates magazine.
