Josh Gentine is a third-generation family owner and a member of the board of
directors at Sargento Foods, the nation’s largest natural cheese seller, which
was started by his grandfather in 1953. Josh is also the Founder of Bench
Consulting, which advises privately held companies and family businesses in the
areas of succession planning, governance, leadership transitions, and talent
management.
Prior to launching Bench Consulting, Josh was with Deloitte Consulting in their
human capital practice where he focused on merger & acquisition integrations
as well as supporting the design of Deloitte Consulting’s global talent
operations.
