Benjamin Persofsky joined Brown Brothers Harriman in 2010. He is Executive Director of the BBH Center for Family Business, which counsels some of the largest business-owning families in the world on issues of strategy, governance, succession planning, transition and capital policies. Mr. Persofsky also oversees the Corporate Advisory & Banking team in Philadelphia, which provides strategic advice and helps deliver senior debt, private equity and investment advisory solutions to premier middle-market businesses and their owners in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. Persofsky graduated from Lafayette College with an A.B. in economics and business. He attended the University of Oxford as a visiting student concentrating on research in organizational behavior and developmental economics. Mr. Persofsky serves on the board executive committee of the Philadelphia School Partnership and is a board member of the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center.
